Did the Q scrap Charlie Bears? I haven't seen them in eons. I remember when QVC had regular doll and teddy bear shows, many years ago. Now we collectors still love our collections, but miss the shows.

@Effie54 Never heard of them. I remember those Osmond dolls which I never watched (don't collect dolls and can't stand her).

The Boyds Bears shows were fun with Mary Beth Roe but I never bought anything as I don't collect that kind of stuff.

@Effie54   I had forgotten all about the Charlie bears.  I do have a few Boyd's in my collection, but my collection has gone through downsizing as I have.  Some I managed to donate, some I just tossed; none I wanted to discard were worth enough to try to sell.

I might look if there were a bear show, but just as I do other things I once bought and now need to just "visit."  Wherever my bears sit, they have companions already.  Obviously, I need to downsize more!

I bought my grand daughter a Charlie Bear when she was younger and she still loves it as a teen @Effie54  He has the sweetest face and so well made.  I don't collect bears but looking at their faces it was hard to resist but I did.

I went through a phase of collecting Boyd's Bears.  I like them, but I look at them and wonder what I was thinking to buy so many.  Thankfully I wised up when I did.  I have them displayed where really only I will see them.  Don't know what I am going to do with them when the time comes to get rid of stuff like that.

@Effie54  I bought a Charlie bear with a very sad face before the pandemic. I sit him on my bed every morning.
He has made me smile daily as I put him in the chair with Dennis Basso bears.
I think he sold out. Adorable!
I would have given these bears as gifts if the packaging was better. One arrived with a badly crushed bow that I had to remove and iron.

I just searched the Charlie's Bears site on the Q  yesterday and ordered a cute Koala bear!  The quality of these bears is excellent though the prices high.

pandalady!

I am assuming by your forum name, you are a bear lover.  Panda bears are absolutely adorable.  I have to be selective on the Charlie's Bears site, too many temptations!
