Cellphones (again)

Yet another cellphone issue causing problems. It was just on the news here a bit ago. 36% of 911 calls are coming from people accidentally "butt dialing" 911. As in their phones are in their pocket, purse, whatever, and unlocked and dialing 911. Therefore these cell calls are clogging up lines for real emergencies, not to mention sometimes they send emergency response out to see whats wrong. People need to lock their phones, its THAT simple! They are thinking of doing something about it here if it continues. I think they should fine people. Im sorry but I do not get the thrill of all these cellphones every where. Again people cause problems by not having common sense and common courtesy.
