I as a rule do NOT care for cell phones in public, but something happened the other day that made me re think it, I am walking through Walmart and another shopper and I are about to walk into each other, (I didn't see her until the last sec), anyway she stops and tells me to go ahead!! I have never had anyone on a cell phone in public speak to me, it shocked me and made me realize it may not be that they are on a cell phone, as much as their lack of concern for others around them, I still don't like cell phones in public much, but having manners goes a long way in being able to tolerate them.
