Has anyone experienced this with their kitty? It's a first for us. She's eating, but otherwise "mushier" than normal. When she's awake, lots of grooming and scratching and now we are seeing dandruff on the surfaces where she has been sleeping. I researched it and see that it's a common condition which can be caused by poor nutrition or dry environment. We feed her as we have been for the last eight years - dry food supplemented with wet food daily. She has access to water at all times. We live in a VERY dry part of the country and use a humidifier at night. I'm going to take her to the vet today, but in the meantime this has me very worried and I'd welcome some insight.
Thank you.
