Cat and litter box issues......

My cat is defecating outside the litter box. First it was right next to the litter box, but now it's by the back door.

We have done just about everything

*check up at the Vet with full blood work and urinalysis....all good

*added a second litter box

*added "Cat Attract" to her litter

*bought Feliway

*Making sure her litter box is always scooped

This started about 6 months ago and has progressively gotten worse. She is 11 years old. Anyone have any advice?
