Cat Tree and Condo - Need Less Expensive One

I'm been going back and forth on paying almost $300 for a (well-made) kitty condo for my two cats. Yes, they deserve it and yes, I so want it for them but I just can't part with $300!

It is a Molly & Friends model which are some of the best constructed condos there are. I've seen ones in the pet stores, but they just look poorly made.

Can anyone suggest a line that carries well-made condos at less expensive prices?
