Casey Anthony Deposition tomorrow

It is for the Civil suit brought by Zanaida Gonzales. Apparently Casey will plead the Fifth.

WHY? She was Convicted of the lying and served her time. She was aquitted of the murder / manslaughter and cannot be tried again.

What does she have to gain by pleading the fifth? Isn't the court conviction enough for Zanaida to prove her case if Casey does not talk?
