I have been unable to sign in on my I pad for several  weeks. I usually go thru my Mr Rebates app and am not sure if this has become the problem.  I don't have a problem getting in my account on my phone but I cannot view the forum on the phone.  Does anyone know what I should do?

Today has been a rough internet day reason being everybody is home. All the people with the day off and the kids are out of school again.

 

In here has been a nightmare. Couldn't get in, then, couldn't scoot around as usual. Couldn't get into Amazon , on and on.

 

Praying for Tues get people back to work and school

@isaboo - I had trouble on my iPad for several days also.  Go to settings on your iPad,the scroll down to safari,  click on that and once in there, clear your website data and that should take care of it. 


Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

@isaboo @have you done the most recent update to your operating system and apps on your iPad?

 

Also to reach the forum on a phone you have to go through your browser. Once on QVC I go to through the forum and bookmark it.

You can view the forums on your phone by using the Internet function and entering QVC. Com.

 

On your iPad try temporarily using another browser beside Safari.  There are often problems with Safari properly connecting to QVC.

I don't have a problem with Safari connecting to QVC on my computer, iPad, or iPhone.
