The difference is that Elton John actually has talent.  Kathy Hilton married her income.  It was the same as when Cher, an Oscar winner, starting peddling hair products on infomercials.

@JJK1954.  You must have been gone for awhile.  This is nothing new.  So-called celebrities are popping up all over QVC. 

They've got Kathy Hilton dressed as Mrs. Santa running around acting like a madwoman.   Do you. think she needs money?  Some of us wonder why she's there.

It looks like Kathy Hilton thinks of herself as another Martha Stewart.  When she was on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills she considered herself a professional hostess.  She seemed to know everything about planning and giving social events.

I have just finished reading an article stating that Elton John lost his sight in his right eye and is partially blind in his left eye.  He said he contracted an infection last year when he was in France.  The infection made him lose his eyesight.  Prayers to him and his family.
