What I was trying to say, if your computer says you can't cancel, often if you call Customer Service they can bypass and cancel it.

If you don't get the answer you want, ask for a Supervisor.

I placed an order for a much needed work computer with great anticipation over the great deal I was getting and just in time for school to let out and I have to turn my  computer back into the district.  1 month later after already receiving a delivery date and thank you for your purchase confirmation, I am informed that my order was cancelled.  I did not receive an email or phone call, just cancelled.  Today was the due date and I have checked the mail everyday this week, just in case there was an early delivery.  When it was not delivered, I had to contact QVC and they said that the order was a check/money order purchase, and after not receiving funds they cancelled it.  Funny becuse I remember entering my credit card and receiving a actual confirmation.

I am just sick...literally.

BEWARE!!  CHECK ALL THE HOOPS YOU NEED TO JUMP THROUGH BEFORE BELiEVING A PURHCASE CONFIRMATION.

Don't think its an actual confirmation, becasue it just might not be.

Disaapointed and devasted...
