@Serena Sue

Wait .....   did you try to cancel online ... or did you actually speak to someone in Customer Service?

I tried online, then called customer service, but didn't talk to a person.  I guess  I should have .   Probably would have have been the same response, you can return it if not pleased.

@Serena Sue,

Huh, let's see here: QVC has a vendor no cancellation protocol in place for the customer, but QVC oversells, promises to ship out an advance order on Dec 11th, but then sends out a cancellation snail mail letter yesterday, 10 days before Christmas gift giving (fancy Colorado  dark & milk chocolate covered toffee in a beautiful tin, sorry can't remember name). Not cool, QVC Woman Tongue, and extremely inconvenient.

Yup, that's why I took today off work, to tie up these loose ends Woman Frustrated. I ordered a ton of these "no-brainer" gifts. Yeah.

Re: Cancellations- new rules?

I just called CS to be told the order for the shoes I ordered last night have gone to the vendor and cannot be cancelled.  She did not ofter to waive shipping chages if I retuned the item so I askd her if she would note in my file(she was not happy).  I have had them tell me that they would waive S&H since I tried to cancel.  Usually it has been just a few hours.  I asked her how to know if a item is coming from a vendor directly instead of QVC and she said I would have to call QVC and ask. I  have noticed in the past few months this has been happening over and over.  I am going to be REALLY  sure before I place another order.  Maybe they could assign all the people who used to to Q Magazine to answer calls about vendors orr the hosts could mention in their presentation.

Speaking of the Q Magazine how come only the first TWO WEEKS of  January programming are available online.  Why can't change be an improvement???

Re: Cancellations- new rules?

It used to be a time if I ordered in the evening, I could cancel the next moring. Not now, here lately when I read reviews and decide to cancel, it comes back order already being process. Here lately it has been happening a lot. Please beware, they are shipping especially apparall really fast. Shipping and handling is too expensive. I have learned my lesson going forward. It is hitting me too much in the pocket. Viv from TN.
