I received a somewhat threatening letter from QVC telling me I had too many cancellations. I was so insulted because I'm sure like many of you I've spent alot of money over the years. They told me if I keep cancelling they will terminate my account. There are many reasons to cancel items sometimes they take a few days for the items to process, read reviews, or just changed your mind. Has anyone received this type of letter?
