Can’t log into HSN

I have tried multiple internet providers and can't get past the login page on HSN. I have tried on my MacBook, iPad, and iPhone. My password is correct. It's marked safe in all my settings. I've cleared cache, history, and cookies. Still no luck.

Any ideas?

@CalminHeart.  I had no problem signing in but I'm not on an Apple device.

I had a similar problem with the HSN app the other day.  I was able to order an item and check out as a guest rather than with my id and password.

no issues for me.

i am using a laptop with the EDGE browser.

Are you using a VPN connection? You need to turn it off to log in.

Yes, and I turned off the VPN when I tried.
