This is not the old QVC, what has happened. Have sent two e-mails over the past week regarding an item I ordered, just received, and is now on sale with free shipping. Item said 28" length which is just perfect, but length is 30".  Is it too much to get an answer. Will be returning if not addressed and expect free return as item is not correct length. Long time customer but so many problems don't feel QVC cares about their customers anymore - too bad! it was a nice reputable place to shop

Try sending an email to QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com about the issue with your order, they're very good at responding.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

In QVC's own way, I think this is an expression they do care.  

 

They are obviously having all sorts of problems with the QVC/HSN integration, remodeling and expanding warehouses.  I'm sure they are doing a lot of sweating.  Probably, a lot of delays and unexpected problems.  No company wants to admit they are tearing their hair out.  

 

However, there were plenty of Quality Control problems before HSN came along that still need addressed.
