Can someone Help me with my Cricut??

I have used my Cricut a couple of times. Yesterday my made my granddaughters name several times. The letters are beautiful but since they are so thin - how do you get them off the sticky thing and what do you use to adhere them to scrapbooking pages?? I used size 5 by the way.
