Can a cat have vertigo?

Midnight has an ear infection. The vet gave me drops to use once a day for 7 days. About a week later he was sneezing and had watery eyes. I took him back to the vet and they said he had either allergies or sinus infection and gave him a shot and antibiotics that I give him every 12 hours. Friday will be a week since he is on the antibotics. He is still sneezing and this morning he had trouble walking. It was like he was dizzy and couldnt walk straight. This lasted a few minutes and then he seemed ok.

anyone have this problem with their kitty? could it be vertigo or an ear drum problem. I guess it's back to the vet.
