Has anyone seen this?  I have never heard of it, but it just came on the television and for 30 seconds, there is rain coming down on green leaves.  Very calming.  It was nice to stop and just block everything out in these busy days.  I need to do this more often.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

A 'serenity' app.

I have the Calm app on my phone, I need to start using it more or cancel it. It costs whatever it does per month, can't remember. They have relaxing music, sleep music and stories, and more. I turn my phone off st night, so I don't use this app at night either.

I did not even notice that it was for an app.

Have been using Calm for a year or so.  My neurologist recommend it for my non-sleeping issues.  I enjoy it, it offers many ideas for ‘being in the moment’ rather than fretting about the past, or what might be.

The most recent sleep story is read by Matthew McConaughey, he uses his Texas accent, very good.
