I believe this is the same brand as the silicon dioxide you use?

Will be trying this also as I don't want to always drink bone broth to get collagene protein.

Have you tried this one?  (from Amazon)

Yes. I used to take that Bulksupplements brand of collagen peptides but I switched to a different brand some time ago b/c I wanted to take a multi-collagen one instead. Brand is Horbaach.

And PS do you think it has helped with your osteoporosis?  Couldn't hurt that's for sure.

I'm a couple months late for my Dexa scan so I'll find out what's up with that.

Does collagen supps help with osteoporosis? It's hard to say b/c I also take other supps for that, too. But I will say that one of my HCPs mentioned that a collagen supp would be a good thing to take for my osteoporosis and especially since I'm on bone density drugs.

Hi - that product only states that it is bovine collagen - in the ingredient list . You might want to call the company for the exact type of  collagen . It does not state which type of collagen ( comes 1-5). Type 11 (2) collagen is generally the best for joint health. Many companies make type 11 collagen  in a  powder formula -  also Andrew Lessman makes  a powder glucosamine and chondroitin  With UC 11.
