What do you say to this?

Texas man aquitted of killing prostitute from Craig's List List after she kept the $150 that he gave her. She refused to work for her money and went to leave when she was shot with a AK-47. The jury said he was justified in using deadly force to get his money back.

Something is very wrong here.
