In Harrisburg, it's illegal to have se* with a truck driver inside a toll booth.

Haha, I learned this the hard way!  LOL   Just kidding

But it makes me wonder, then............ is it ok if the person's not a truck driver?

In Vail, CO, you can't let your junk get close to other people.

In other Colorado counties, it's illegal to ride a horse while inebriated.  (  What? The rider or the horse?)  You can't lend your vacuum cleaner to your neighbor.  You can't operate a house where two unmarried people can have s*x together.

But, you can buy recreational pot.  smile

I did know this only because I'm from Ohio and on New Years Eve, one of our cities has the annual Walleye drop and this came up.

It also came up that in Ohio, it's illegal to fish for whales on Sunday.  LOL

It sounds like the OHIO lawmakers are the ones who were drunk!

Actually, drunk fish cannot swim, therefore it affects a fisherman's catch.  It was the fishermen who got the law passed.
