CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE....Yea or Nay???

Hi all:

I'll be honest right up front....not a fan, though I saw alot of buyers going for it this morning at my local grocery store.

For those that love it, maybe the cooking method is the secret??

For me personally, I preferred to head to the seafood department; that's just how I roll. Throw me some scallops, shrimp, crab, salmon, and I'm a happy camper.

Regardless, happy cooking everyone!! Love hearing from everyone when I have the chance to be on here.

So, how about you??
