I think the bulk of my email is repeat -  from QVC, but also from CVS, from a local clothing shop, from at least 3 newspapers that want me to subscribe, and on and on.  Even the bulk of my trash amd junk mail is highly repetitive.

 

I delete whole pages of posts without reading more than the intro line frequently.  Haven't lost anything important or even interesting as far as I know.

Thank you all for sharing your experiences with this phenom.  I seem to have a bad case of it--  still getting reams of "old" notifications today--  no improvement.
