@KCalifornia I had the same thing happen last night. It wasn't just Q2 and Q3, it was 75% of my regular channels. It had been an almost 12 hour Comcast Xfinity glitch. It's since been fixed (in CT anyway). All my channels were back this morning without that message.

i am in maryland, but the channels are working on my televisions.
i just say QVC2 or QVC3 into my voice remotes. i wonder if it is in certain areas only or with certain xfinity plans?

I, too tried to access Q 2 nd 3 last night and Comcast now requires a subscription. I live in the Pittsburgh area. No Comcast. I am not going to buy in.

Oh My! Dumped Xfinity/Comcast cable years ago and only Xfinity internet with Amazon Firestick streaming. So far, everything is blazing away in the QVC/HSN world on my home front.

I'm in Maryland too. I don't have comcast, just FIOS. So far there is no charge for QVC & QVC 2 & 3. It seems to be a computer glich. Hope so anyway!

Sorry you'll NEVER WIN fighting the media giant COMCAST. They have a monopoly on cable and internet connections in my area as well (south of SFO). That company couldn't care less about what their customers want.

First, thank you all for all of your comments and suggestions. You are wonderful. In addition to posting on the Community Forum, I provided QVC with the update as well. Their customer service executive followed up with Comcast....and the issue above and the message on the Guide for the channels....was a technical issue on the Comcast side. They resolved the issue....and I still have access to all channels.
QVC emailed me to let me know.
QVC handled this beautifullly....and so did all of you.
