Just received this in the mail.  First time I've ever gotten any printed material from QVC.

@kaydee50 I guess that means we can add them to all the businesses seeking ways to connect with potential customers.

I'd at least glance through print -  every day, I delete myriad emails from at least 5 companies from whom I have bought in the past.  They're all desperate --I get that, but seeing the title is generally enough for me to hit delete.

I got one, too. I thought they didn't do mailings or share customer info?

@SnowpuppyI think times are tough -   in the neighborhood where I am, a large percentage have withdrawn from their normal routines. Some have withdrawn from their normal routines because it feels safer to be on the sidelines, some have been unemployed for several months now and have yet to see a penny of unemployment money (Florida's system is stingy even when it works, but now it's practically not working at all -  either way, it's tough for businesses.

I don't believe it's just QVC.  Last night I spent a few hours saying good-bye to my Florida friends.  Normally, we'd go out for dinner -  last night we shared wine and snacks at home.  Our hostess had been out to Whole Foods and commented that the large mall where it's located is maybe 20% funtioning.  In good times, that mall bustles with many restaurants, lots of local businesses, and a large, crowd-drawing multiplex.  Almost no jobs left -  and southern Florida is already well into its slow season, so, no, those stores probably won't open before fall and the jobs will not return until then, if even then.
