Yes but remember the RF comes from Germany due to Queen Victoria marrying Prince Albert.  That is why the names were changed in 1917 by King George V after the WW I.

If you look closely at the undercarriage of the car, it has an extra set of tires in the back on the driver's side. If this was an authentic photo of Kate, then she would have a security detail with her.

This morning I saw a headline that said Kate's surgery recovery has gone so well she is now about to go out....sad it was confirmed that she was seen traveling with her mother. They showed this exact same photo! Meanwhile, everyone else is determining there is no way this is Kate, and now, no way it's her mother. LOL I wonder if anyone will believe it's really her when she does make a public appearance in a few weeks?
