In the only photo up close I do not see how anyone could decide if there is a mole or not above her lip.  Her face does look fuller but I would imagine her normal exercise time ceased completely for a while.

I would be very surprised if that was Kate, looks nothing like her to me. Why do people assume it has to be her, it could be a friend of hers her mother is bringing to visit her or a family member.

I found this image where Kate has a similar expression on her face.  We could be looking at a "not feeling great" Kate.

I mentioned earlier in this thread that professional photographers cleared up the fuzzy photo, this shows all the imperfections of the fake Kate. 

I wish people would carefully do a bit of research instead of taking things at face value. Yes, there is some mystery why Kate hasn't been seen since late December but I'm not going to join the bandwagon with the wild speculations. someone tried and failed badly in the release of the photo in question. 

I hope that she and her children are doing well.

IMO, it's highly unlikely that is Kate.  Kate has an oval but slender face.  This woman's face is more round and has fuller cheeks.

@Tinkrbl44 Face swollen? If you saw me after surgery for a couple of months, you wouldn't know me either. Not getting on the frey here, but it is not unusual for a woman under meds and surgery recovery to look really different.  That is my only point here.
