CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME

It's something I never thought I would have to worry about......

I had a weird tingling, burning in 2 fingers that also goes up my left wrist, so I went to the Dr......

I would guess that it's my weird sleeping positions that caused it-I bend my hand at a 90 degree angle....

Does any one have any experience with this?

I don't know if I can sleep with those "gloves" that keep your wrist straight.
