Medi care will now be offering end of life counseling services when you see the medical professional for your (no cost to you) annual medical exam. The govmnt will provide protocols to physicians that they will be expected to follow in order to receive reimbursement for their service and it will include this counseling. The physican will be expected to discuss this yearly with you if you seek an annual physical examination. There is the possibility that the medical professional will not be paid if this discussion does not take place. Pretty slick don't you think.
