Buyers Remorse

I am stuck. I bought the TSVfrom HSN on 2/22/11, The NoNo. I had bought one previously but it broke and I returned it. Since I had the NoNo for about a month, I was not sure sure if it "worked" or not. So I asked for a replacement. I got a note stated they did not carry the NoNo and I would get a refund. And a month or so later it is the TSV. So on 2/22/11 I ordered the TSV. On 2/23/11 the money was deducted from my account. And as of today, 2/26/11 the item still has not shipped. I thought since it was a TSV it would have shipped by now. And I fell for the old "We are selling so many I am not sure how long this item will be available" routine and ordered it about 12:30AM.

It won't let me cancel and it hasn't shipped. Wonder how long it will stay in limbo.
