Some are quite taken with bubble Tea so I had to try it. I bought strawberry rose and my expectations were a bit too high.

If you've tried bubble tea, was it a hit or miss for you?

I tried it once out of curiosity. I was surprised it had so much sugar. And was so high calorie. I thought it was o.k. Just o.k. The amount of sugar discouraged me from ordering it again. I'd rather have a smoothie or fruit juice if I'm going to send my blood sugar rocketing.

I like ice tea with lemon and sparkling water that has no sugar. I bought Waterloo coconut lime cooler and it's become my favorite. I suppose we will soon be informed that carbonated is unhealthy. It seems everything I enjoy is unhealthy, but life is too short for me to care.

I love iced tea with a splash of lemonade. A Jack Nicklaus they call it.

I'll have to try it with sparkling water.

I keep reading that carbonated water is corrosive to the enamel on one's teeth. But really, life is too short to worry about all these things.

The near by Korean market (H mart) has a whole stand for it. I can take it or leave it

It's actually an Arnold Palmer.  A Jack Nicklaus is lemonade with strawberry syrup or juice.  Delicious

Bubble Tea spots are very popular here. I have had it several times. It's not for me.

I see all the kids enjoying it though.

It has never appealed to me so I haven't tried it.

I've never tried it but have a greanddaughter who loves it.  Was not excited by the idea that it had so much sugar.
