It's his choice.
And the reason some, not many, were unhappy after the transition is because of the stigma that comes with it, and the rejection they have to deal with.
That's true for most who are El Gee Bee Tee. Last time I tried to use that phrase here, the auto censor wouldn't let me, but it's crucial to understanding.

OK. Why are the Kardashians considered ""trash"" and are called all kinds of names just because they dress a certain way and have made money flaunting their assets? But Bruce is coddled and supported and everyone has a bleeding heart for his choices in life? Double standards.

I've never called them or anyone "Trash". And I've never seen anyone on this line who understands Jenner call anyone "trash" either.
There's no double standard. It seems to me the same people who call others trash are also the same who reject understanding Jenner, not all, of course.

I just couldn't get past the fact he promoted himself as a 'man of god' and then when he thought others weren't looking, he became another person. He would point out the faults in others but never was honest with himself.
A few questions this post brought to mind:
Is feeling the urge to dress as the opposite sox a fault or not being honest with oneself a fault.
If an inclination feels natural, is it a fault if no harm occurred?
One cannot be close to God and have desires to feel/be the opposite sox?
What does a clothing choice have to do with the eternal?

On this thread, a poster was defending Bruce's choice and referring to the Kardashians as the Kartrashians and throwing shade at Kris.

One thing this issue shows is that more people, than ever imagined, do not fit into a neat and tidy category when it comes to gender identity.
More and more are coming out somewhere along the spectrum of El Gee Bee Tee, and are happy to be themselves.
You can look online and find an entire list of well-known people who identify as Bi or gay. And we're seeing people come out as transgender.
Gender identity is not in the package, it's in the brain. That's not my conclusion, it's the conclusion of neuroscientists, psychologists, psychiatrists and other experts.

Oh, I totally think Kris would support her kids doing most anything if it meant adding to their millions.

In colleges gender identity is now taught as existing along a spectrum, not just black or white, male or female.

By virtue of being part of the family. From what I've seen I can't say I'm a fan of how Kris treated him. Ignored him, actually. I don't think he had much say in any decisions.
