Dont know if this helps but Ive been trying to order A264074 to no avail.
Tried Safari...my icon just spins, nothing
Tried Google Chrome, icon just spins, nothing
Tried Firefox..1/2 the page loads , A warning comes up as and it says:
UNRESPONSIVE SCRIPT, A SCRIPT ON THIS PAGE HAS STOPPED RESPONDING, OPEN THE SCRIPT IN THE DEBUGGER.
When i do this alot of gobble de ****** comes up....
maybe this will help the IT department in trying to fix this problem.. for me it usually happens to the TSV when i"m trying to view it, but it also is happenning on just random items..its very frustrating. Its def a problem on your end as it is happenning to others as well.
Anyone else having this problem with this particular item number? I would be intersted to know. I am on a Mac, and as I said have used Safari, Google Chrome and now Firefox.

Since my last update I have not been able to order online at Q using my iPad. I was going to order the upcoming Air Fryer & it just spins like you said. I ordered the Air Fryer the next morning when I used our desktop. I don't know if I have tried to place an order any place else or not on my iPad. I'm generally on the desktop & order from there.

@meem120 Hm, that is interesting. I did pass this along the other day, but unfortunately I haven't heard anything back yet about the browser issues. I'll pass this along too and hope it helps them narrow the issue down!

@meem120, I was able to view A264074 normally. Using an iPad3. IOS9, in Safari.

I have a MacBook Air with Safari. I just tried this item # and don't have a problem.

I use Safari and had no problem loading that item.

Just to confirm. I am using Safari on a 2011 MacBook Pro running El Capitan. Right now I tried to look at A264074 and it would not open for me either.
I switched to Firefox and it opened.
This has been an on going issue for quite some time. Some of us have problems others don't. I know Brittany already referred this issue onto their IT department.
It happens for me many times with the TSV but also random other products.
There is a poster by the name of dooBdoo who is (in my view) a computer whiz. If memory serves me she has recommended Google Chrome is the most reputable when using QVC now. You said you tried that, but perhaps you might need to reboot your machine and try it again.

I too have been having issues with the Q's website, kept saying the page wasn't responding and would keep refreshing its self so I changed over to Google Chrome and knock on wood, so far so good. I do have Windows 10. The pages are still jumping about on my Samsung tablet.
