Bridal and Wedding Gift

Am I obligated to give both?

I plan on going to the wedding and was planning on giving a gift. The bridal shower is given by work (where I work) and there is not an option to go or not. It's pretty much expected as it's a very small office (20). They are requesting a contribution of $25 for food and a gift.

Opinions, please.
