I think Brenda is fabulous, too. I do wish they'd drop the "bride-to-be" talk. Making such a big deal out of her decision to get married strikes me as seriously old-fashioned, out-of-touch, and quasi-sexist. The fact that a female is choosing to get married is only a small part of herself, certainly not a defining, pinnacle-of-life decision. People don't talk that way about men who choose to become engaged.

So true and I never thought of it that way.  Would they make endless comments about a "groom to be" if one of the male presenters or vendors got engaged?  I don't think so.

@SeaMaiden..... I beg to differ with you on Susan's favorite model.....far and away it is Katia. Brenda may be second place though.

She is very pretty and I like her too.  But to be honest, I wish they would quit the "bride to be" stuff.  A few times was okay, to make the announcement, but now it is overkill.  She is probably tired of it too, I know I would be.

I agree.  They run everything into the ground.  It's wonderful she's getting married, and I say congratulations.  She's apparently been engaged for a while, and there's no need to bring it up every time she's on air.

I think that both Brenda and Katia are gorgeous!  Certainly 2 or the prettiest models on any of the shopping stations.

I haven't heard anyone call Brenda the "bride to be", but that's probably because it's been a long time since I watched a QVC show for more than a couple of minutes.

I do remember when the hosts referred to Angela (is she still modelling there?) as "Mrs. Angela".  I guess she had recently gotten married. It always struck me as kind of silly, but harmless enough.
