You might want to check yr Magnesium levels,because if they're "off" that can often cause insomnia.

I have a "Sleep Select" bed, (bought from QVC probably in the 1970s, 1980s? (in any case, when they first came out to the open Market). That's one thing that helps with my sleep.

My sis has always had horrid problems getting/staying asleep, plus daily migraines, & constant hyperness. She's been trying sleeping "gummies" that are only effective for a week or two.

But she's a "hard core case" of insomnia & extreme hyperness, her entire life. Now i think she's taking an MD Prescription, since her recent perilous surgery. Not sure this helps either.

My brother swears by OTC "Melatonin" I've been on the phone with him after he's taken one, and BAM, it works for him, I have to talk fast, cause he's ZZZZzzz ni a heartbeat!!
