Are these considered weapons and if so, if one carries them in her purse is that considered concealed weapons? My daughter was recently introduced to a 25 year old woman from Tennessee and she showed my daughter these items she carries in her purse for protection. She says she left her home state and came to AZ to start a new life, leaving her 3 children whom she claims she will get back some day.
My daughter of course does not want to have anything to with this person and we both feel there are some dark secrets there. Anyway, I was just curious if they are concealed weapons. Any thoughts?
