Boots in the Summer?

I caught maybe 4 minutes of the Twiggy London show on HSN and Twiggy is selling some suede scrunch boots that she says she wears in the summer because they are so light.

And GAW-JUS, of course. She wears hers with some kind of white prairie skirt or something. (I don't do prairie skirts,white, green, purple or whatever. And certainly not with some heavy a-$$ boot)

I would freaking die in the summers here if I wore boots. Plus, I think they look ridiculous when it's 97 degrees.

Thanks, I needed to get that off my chest.
