Book recommendation on grief?

My husbands brother lost his wife of 30 plus years. Unexpectedly. She was 61, had some health issues, but nothing extreme. He is a brilliant doctor and is devastated with guilt, etc. My question is can anyone recommend a book I could send him? I don't know him but he apparently is not a religious person, possibly atheist or agnostic. Any recommendations? Thanks for any suggestions. I have searched Amazon and just can't come up with the right one. Regardless of his beliefs, I want to do something.
