I did a little Googling...and I think Fyza Ali (Kylie double) is a well-respected makeup artist over in The Middle East.   I saw where she’s done makeup for photo shoots & Dubai elite...and been featured in Vogue Arabia.

 

I also saw on YouTube where Wayne Goss, who is well-respected in the MUA arena (UK),  did a collaborative master class with Fyza Ali...saying he “wanted to learn everything he could from her.”  MAC cosmetics have featured both Sonia & Fyza in one of their ads in the UAE.

 

It would be funny to see Fyza do Kim/Kylie’s makeup some time.
