We used to go to SF Giants Spring Training camp in Scottsdale Arizona. Saw Mr. Uecker many times around the different Spring Training games and restaurants. He was a great baseball guy. RIP Bob.

Bob Uecker left his mark in the baseball world and was a great announcer. The announcers in today's games pale in comparison to Uecker and Mel Allen , another legend. May Bob rest in peace, he contributed much to the sports world.

He was still announcing Brewer games last season. What I remember is how funny he was on late night talk shows. He had a good story on any topic under the sun.

We went to Scottsdale AZ SF Giants Spring Training a lot for several years during the Bruce Bochey days. So much fun!
