Waiting for "ABC World News Tonight" to begin, I caught an intriguing but brief ad for "Wheel of Fortune."  The show announced that the legendary Bob Mackie will be dressing Vanna White all week.

I might drop in to see this...  I adore his fashions.

Bob Mackie is an iconic fashion designer.  He designed all of Carol Burnett's costumes for her show.  I still wonder why he has to sell stuff on a TV Shopping Channel.

I don't think he HAS to .....  but Bob's at an age where he has top notch people, plus a few lucky interns to do the grunt work and it's always nice to have some extra cash rolling in .... and what fashion icon wants to stay home and do nothing?

I'm recording WOF this week to see what Vanna wears.

What really surprised me was that they said Vanna has never worn the same outfit twice in all the years she's been doing the show ......

I know this isn't the Fashion Forum but I didn't like the cold shoulder treatment on the dress.  The material looked nice enough, and it fit Vanna to perfection, but the styling looked sort of matronly to me.

I do look forward to see what she wears throughout the week though.

Vanna looked great in one of Bob’s kimonos tonight.  And it was fun seeing Bob Mackie at the end of the show.
