Try using different browser.Usually Google Chrome works better than safari.---

Also don't keep trying to get on ----wait 24 hours or more. Good luck!

@Mom2Dogs .................My bit defender VPN needs to be turned off before I can get into any government website.

 

VPN is what hides your computer while online and some sites dont allow VPN.

I tried Chrome....Safari is what I always used but did try Chrome did not work.  Makes NO SENSE that just 2 months ago I logged in as usual, filed the tax and paid with no problems.

 

They are constantly tweaking their website...the home page looks different as well, so I know they did something.  Hold times are quite long with no call back option, you either hang on for someone to pick up or you have to hang up and call again. I am going to start calling around 8 am this morning.
