I think I may be black balled from the Q. I have recently had complaints about some products. Two were defrosted items, and some other things, more then I usually have. Today I called as my temptations cookie sheet busted while making a slice of frozen pizza. They said they would replace it. I ordered something later and the item did not show up under order status. I called and they could not explain it. It finally showed up a couple of hours later stating to call CS. I immediately cancelled. After all the money I spend it will shock me but I guess I will save money. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Thanks. Arley
