I just got in and was checking my mail and I got this msg. too. There's no way for them to charge or refund me anything since I don't have a cc on file.
Glad I checked the board here before calling the Q.

I immediately went and checked my order status thinking my account was h@cked again. Geesh. I think we should all get that $16.+change just for the aggravation their unbelievably inept automation causes!
ETA - can you believe that the word h a c k e d is not allowed? QVC really has issues if they won't allow THAT word.

Oh no! You were actually charged for this order that you didn't make? Well, that is not good.
When I called them this morning, as I mentioned in the other thread in case you didn't see that one, I was told that it was a system glitch that sent that email out to pretty much everybody but there was no order made. I did check my orders and it wasn't there at that time. Maybe I need to check again.
Did this show on your orders page, or on your credit card - or both? No es bueno!

I got one too. Did not open it, but the part I could see said Refund issued: Kringle Express, Pre-Lit Christmas Tree ... I could not see who the email came but I am not the least bit surprised it was QVC.
