When I called them this morning, as I mentioned in the other thread in case you didn't see that one, I was told that it was a system glitch that sent that email out to pretty much everybody but there was no order made. I did check my orders and it wasn't there at that time. Maybe I need to check again.

Did this show on your orders page, or on your credit card - or both? No es bueno!

The email said we'd been charged, but we went into our accounts and couldn't see a record of it, but still didn't know if we had been before it was a known glitch.

I was glad to hear it wasn't just us, because I did worry that someone had broken into our accounts at first.

Never leave a cc on file anywhere. The "faster" check-out is not worth it, at least imo.

I also log in directly to VP and see the message at the top but it wasn't there this morning.

A glitch by QVC turns into yet another snark fest - who knew?

I finally looked at a different email address that I don't even use here and got the email AND the "never mind" one also.

I received the same email 3 times, did not open any of them. Afraid it is a scam. Reported it as Spam!

Yes, I did get that email. And then I received another email apologizing for the email that was sent out in error.
