Bizarre Email From QVC, Did You Get One?

My daughter and I both received an email from QVC saying we had ordered a pre-lit Christmas tree, and that the price has been reduced so we would get a refund for the difference in price.

NEITHER ONE OF US ORDERED A CHRISTMAS TREE.

My daughter has tried to call them to report this error and clear it up, but she can't get through.

What the heck is going on?

And what the heck is going on with the switch to fine print?

WE EACH WERE CHARGED FOR A CHRISTMAS TREE WE DID NOT ORDER.

Wouldn't respond to the email, it may be a scam. Keep trying to call QVC at the customer service number listed on the QVC site.

did you go into your order summary to see if you were ever charged for a christmas tree?

That's what we're doing. It looks official, but who knows anymore? And both of us getting it?

I just checked my email again because I checked it earlier this morning but I have not gotten an email from them. Yeah, I would also be calling calling to report the mistake for fear they would charge my account. Hope you get it worked out soon!

Yes, we did. There's no record of such an order.

Now there are 2 threads about it in The Q Did What. Apparently cs told someone that it was a glitch in their system and to ignore it. But if you were charged? Dispute it, doesn't sound good for the Q on this one. {#emotions_dlg.scared}
