His life was dedicated to serving and pleasing the Lord. What an amazing life he had. He just didn't talk the talk....he walked it also. He brought millions of people to Christianity. What a beautiful legacy he leaves behind.

A distinguished, thoughtful and soulful man. Yes, he may have had some serious lapses and flaws, as we all do, but there was something genuinely faithful about Billy Graham. I loved and admired him.

The post was removed because it is religious..That is appalling. He is a preacher but he is also a great American. We can announce his death because he is a preacher. I will quit QVC over this.

While I didn’t grow up with Billy Graham, I have enjoyed watching many of his epic sermons that are still thankfully rebroadcast on TV. So glad we have those and his books, too! He was truly gifted with reaching multitudes across many barriers like few others who have ever lived.
I hope to one day visit The Cove, as some of you here have. Thanks for describing it so well. Now that I live closer - within driving distance - I will try to arrange a visit soon.
( @NAES1 - thank you for the message letting me know you have recovered from your injuries! I, too, have been praying for you since you shared the details of your accident with us on “hello.” Thanks again for your lovely prayer there for me. I'm okay, too!)

I had, now - read this where you were upset and I do understand your thoughts: 'That is appalling'.
This appointed MOD assessment group should never take you to a level- DETERMINED SELF OF WORTH where you will QUIT posting~~
Yes, maybe shopping...that's another desire.
This grading status is something I have never figured out for years, but you are not the only one.
I have no idea where the line of boundaries lies.
We would definitely appreciate you coming back again.
Posters paste, what I describe as religious cards... and those go through.
Absolutely, Dr. (Reverend) Billy Graham was a great American. Your admiration for him was beautifully said, I am sure.
But, whatever was quoted, I know Reverend Graham knows you, loves you -whatever-however this was said,
As I said earlier, my father, along with I, thought he to be the greatest Evangelist the world had ever known.
Thank you for being here. Please come again with your point of views.
PEACE.
"Never become hurt, here".

Reverend Billy Graham ... Gone from here, but definitely not forgotten.
There is a nice article with videos and photos on Charlotte Observer dot com today as the motorcade makes its way from The Cove in Asheville to the Billy Graham library in Charlotte. His funeral and burial services will be held there on Friday. The POTUS is scheduled to attend.
I would love to be there to pay my respects, but I have to work. I'll visit his gravesite at a later time.

The live FB feed of his funeral procession taking his body to Charlotte had over 14.5K watchers when I was watching it while ago.
