For an innocent man, he seems to be giving up a lot. I heard he offered to reimburse anyone with a ticket to his shows.

He did the right thing by resigning. Be sure your sins will find you out.

Re: Bill Cosby resigns from Temple University board

I assume he'll resign from any institution that wants to wash away his name. Means nothing much at this point.

I doubt he led a Dr. Huxtable life - there's not much of that in his business, but it's beyond sad at this point. He's wise to take his funds and go into hiding.

Right now, I'd love to know which women are telling the truth because I do think some are. I also am cynical enough to think some of them also could be grabbing onto the bandwagon of sordid shame in hope of a moment of fame they haven't found any other way. Way too easy to say "Me, too."

Seriously? ...... Since when did being the victim of a sexual assault give them a "claim to fame" ?? {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

Three women just spoke about their experiences on CNN.

All seemed credible to me. One was a lovely black women saying she hesitated speaking out for a variety of reasons, not the least of which was being fearful of tarnishing the the positive image of a black man.

I cannot imagine any woman feeling there is anything to gain by coming forward at this point.

There were several people talking about him and how much money he gave to certain causes which gave him a lot of power to keep a lot of things quiet.
