Re: Beyond Myers-Briggs and The Color Code - What Else?

The Enneagram of Nine Personality Types is interesting and has ancient origins.  Lots of books out there, some that use it for be-successful in business and/or relationship purposes, which is a shallow useage, compared to what is possible from the system.

I'd recommend either Riso/Hudson, Helen Palmer or A. H. Almaas.  Palmer is geared towards personality typing and Almaas takes it beyond that to a more spiritual tradition, which is what it is meant to be ultimately.  Riso/Hudson tends to bridge the two perspectives.  All their perspectives are very useful.

Good luck with your inquiries on this valuable subject of understanding self and others!

I would start with introspection/ self reflection. Various articles about this process online. Know yourself first which leads to a better understanding of why some people do/say what they do...excluding those who are just plain inexplicable.  I also agree with intuition/instinct.

There's something to astrology with your sun, moon, and rising or you can have your entire chart done online now for free with your birthplace and time of birth. I don't take it too seriously, but it's interesting!
