Her dress does "deflate" when something underneath collapses. I agree her (natural) stomach does not deflate.

I saw a documentary on Beyonce where her pregnancy belly was bare and on display with that first pregnancy. She was awaiting her first child and was completely thrown by the accusations of fraud. I believe her. There are already rumors about this second pregnancy and it's barely been announced. Why is she always a target.

Depends what they're made out out of.

Dresses don't deflate.  Real pregnancies don't deflate.

I was watching Mad Max last night and one of the characters had a prosthetic baby belly. Honestly, the belly button looked identical to the way hers looked in photos of her "first pregnancy."
